Arrival to property dock – As the embarkation glides into the dock, you will be welcomed with a warm “Ma'alob k'iin”. Welcome to paradise in Mayan. If sea transportation cannot depart due to weather conditions, maintenance or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances, the hotel will be responsible for providing other means of transportation for our guests via sea.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
